Singular Fact
There is now living at Gwern Dwyrg, in Carnarvonshire, one William Thomas, a
Farmer, aged 102 years, who, after being toothless for upwards of 20 years,
experience, a few months since, an unusual swelling of the gums, on each
side of his mouth, which was soon after followed by a compleat set of double
teeth, which are now so sound and firm, that he can eat the hardest crust.
What is also extraordinary, they are not accompanied by front teeth, either
in the upper or lower gums.
