How I laughed at this at the time of posting, and now find, having saved enough pennies to order yet another death certificate, I'd already sent for it ages ago.

You're not alone....I did this a couple of years ago, and then found I'd already got it in another folder! I think this is something that we all do at some time....especially if you have several lines going at once!
