The spouse of my relative, Charles Linnell was named Louisa Jane - formerly Marston. She died there on July 11, 1927. The location was on Clarendon Road. She was 50 years old
Can anyone shed some light on this facility, while I am awaiting her death certificate?
Her husband and 16 year old daughter - Enid Harriet - were at the time, living at 2A Bradshaw Lane, Watford. He was a Carpenter/Joiner by trade.

Hi Colin. If no one answers about Oxford House, try the Watford Observer newspaper. It has a page each week on local history questions. There is only 1 or 2 houses left in Clarendon Road. The rest of it has been turned into an "avenue" of large anonymous glass office blocks.
Bradshaw Lane is possibly/probably Bradshaw Road and 2a still exists.
