Perhaps this is George in 1851:
Spurling Street, Latchfield/Warrington, Cheshire
George Senior, head, 25, wire drawer, b. Wales
Elizabeth ", wife, 25, b. Cheshire Latchfield
Elizabeth ", dau, 3, b. Lancashire Warrington
Ellenor ", dau, 11 mo., b. " "
HO 107/2203, f.683, p.67; transcribed as LENION on Ancestry.
A 35 year old widowed Elizabeth Senior (born Warrington) was a housemaid in Warrington in 1861 (RG 9/2791, f.38, p.22).

If this is any help, a possible baptism for one of the children...
name: Eleanor Senior
baptism/christening date: 14 Jun 1850
baptism/christening place: Chester, Warrington, Lancaster, Lancashire, England
birth date: 09 May 1850
father's name: George Senior
mother's name: Elizabeth Ashton
(Family Search)
Perhaps this is their marriage...
Marriages Mar 1847 Warrington 20 660
SENIOR, George
ASHTON, Elizabeth
According to the Cheshire BMD this marriage was held at Grappenhall, St Wilfrid.
In the 1871 census, it looks as if Elizabeth may have married again. From the Cheshire BMD, Timothy BOOTH married Elizabeth SENIOR/ASHTON in 1867 at Warrington, St Paul.
1871: RG10; Piece: 4000; Folio: 8; Page: 15

This does look like a possibility & I think that there maybe another enumeration error as I am sure it would be Latchford not Latchfield. They even have Warrington in Cheshire then Elizabeth b.Warrington Lancashire in the same census return.
It used to be Warrington Lancashire & then changed to Warrington Cheshire when the new boundary changes came in but I think this would be more recent than the 1800s.As a former Lancashire lass I must check!!

Now it's my turn to say sorry! I have googled & found there was/is a place at Warrington which is called Latchfield Locks it is by the River Mersey.
I was right on the county boundaries. Warrington was changed from Lancashire to Cheshire in 1974 in line with the Local Govt Act 1972.
