    I've found that Credit Unions, which are Co-op financial institutions, are much more responsive to their customers (who are also their members = owners).

    Also have found that Credit Unions often hire women for the top positions, not only as tellers. There may be some connection between these two observations....

    Never follow a link from Paypal. Log into your account and if there is a problem it will show in there. This is a rule I always follow and recommend others do to.
