From the information in the 1871 census, Mary Dennis would have been born c 1845. She seems likely to have married Arthur between about 1863 (when she was 18) and 1866 when son James was born. They might have married in Co. Armagh where they both came from, or in Dublin where James was born. (Tradition was to marry in the wife’s home church but obviously that did not always happen).
Statutory records of RC marriages only started in 1864 in Ireland (for other denominations it was 1845). I have searched the Irish stat records on the LDS Beta site for a marriage in both Co Dublin and Co Armagh but cannot see it. Nor is it on this site: www.irishgenealogy.ie/index.html Of course if it was RC and before 1.1.1864 it won’t be in the stat records and you would need to reply on parish records. To do that you really need to know which church the marriage took place in. Copies of most surviving parish records for Co Armagh are held in PRONI Belfast. Those for Co Dublin should be in the National Library.
Arthur was apparently born in Portadown c 1839. Stat birth registration in Ireland only started in 1864 so you won’t get a birth cert for him. You could search the relevant parish records for a baptism, if they go back that far. To do that you need to know his religion. The baptism records are not on-line but you can order copies of most microfilms in to your nearest LDS library. The parish for Portadown is Drumcree.

Hi Toffee
You say the Calder's are not related to you but it looks to me like Bella is a daughter of William and Susana
and married to Edward Calder with a son Tom.
