I would be very interested in the data shown on Joseph Williams's birth certificate, in particular

His date of birth
His mother's Maiden name. (I assume his mother's first name was Amelia)
The address given for the birth.
I guess the father George was a butcher, but not necessarily.

The certificate itself for me is not so important.

You can search the birth and death indices, and in the case of the birth indices the results include the mother's maiden name.

In this instance you would get:
WILLIAMS, JOSEPH CROOME
GRO Reference: 1839 M Quarter in THORNBURY UNION Volume 11 Page 435
