    Can someone help me?

    Years ago I installed WinReg1. I've used this and uploaded two .csv files to the FreeReg database. I've just tried to download and install either WinReg2 or WinReg3. On both occasions - during the 'install' process I received the following error message.

    'Could not update the .ini file C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\WinReg for Windows\Login to FreeReg.URL. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.'

    ??? what does that mean?
    and what do I do next?

    Hi all,
    it's okay. Tried the download and install for the 3rd or 4th time. Deleted 'check marks' on create shortcuts, quicklaunch etc. Don't understand why - but now it's all downloaded, installed and working fine. Beyond me ... but not to worry. It works.
