    Default Handel Brandwood

    Hi

With such an unusual name I thought I may find someone out there who also has a link. 1854-1935, born Bolton. I have quite a lot of info about him but family think there was a lot more to this man like another family in Stafford! So am trying to find out more about that and willing to share what I know with anyone who has a link. He was my husband's great grandfather.

    Thanks

    Jean

Have moved this to General English so that it covers Lancashire and Staffordshire. Duplicate deleted.

Thank you for that. I do in fact have the census records. i was hoping someone may know his whereabouts in between or had more personal knowledge of him. The censuses confirm he moved between stafford and bolton but can't find anything else. Thank you for the info about the meaning of C - didn't realise this meant above surface - info like that adds meat and interest so much appreciated.
