I am trying to trace my Great Grandfather John James Cull. He was born in Douglas, Isle of Man around 1898 and believe he died in 1961. He survived both world wars then returning home to the Island. I think he joined the Royal Engineers. I am trying to find out about his Army service and service number too. He was married to Frances Cunningham. Any information on him, would be greatly appreciated.
I have edited this post to include some additional information another thread about this man (Doug Moderator):
I have searched some military records one line but come up with multiple service numbers and they dont state where the indiviual was born. I know he served in both First and Second World War.
