If you go to WestMidlandsBMD you will find Catherine McCarty registered at Dudley in 1841 and possibly siblings.

If you want the certificate - just click on the ref number - it will add the details to a summary screen. Click on the ref number again and a printable application form is available with all the details filled in and the address of the local register office to send the application to and their methods of payment.
