Can you tell us what you do know about him, Kev? Do you have dates of death, marriage, occupation?
If you give us a bit of background, I'm sure we'll do what we can to help.

Hi,
On Stafforshire Bmds there is a marriage of Robert Harvey to a Sarah Ann Payne Whittington (nr Lichfield) in 1900
here
https://www.bmsgh.org/cgi/marrind.cgi
Boney Hay is around the same area.
Cannock isn't covered on the bapts though.
Regards
Sam

Hi again,
Here is your (possibly) bapt for Sarah Ann Payne in 1876
https://www.bmsgh.org/cgi/birthind.cgi
Boney Hay and Gentleshaw now come under Lichfield.
Regards
Sam
