I am looking for any one who has information on a couple called William McCutcheon b. 1787 Whithorn who was married to Margaret Thomson b. 1893 in Sorbie. I've got back to this couple and now I'm well and truely stuck.
So far I have traced 6 children all born in Glasserton, John 1815, William 1824, Hugh 1827, George 1829. I realise there is a big gap between John and William , so I might have missed a few that died.
I would be happy to hear from anyone with suggests on how I can progress with this couple. I have looked on Scotlands people and there are just too many Margaret Thomsons to choose from and there are no WMc that fit the bill. So there is my wall as you say in here.
Thanks in advance.
