Working through the who seem to be the children of William and Eleanor HAYES:
Robert bn 1851 moved to Preston - the 1881 census shows him married with family at RG11/4241 f73 p21
Ann bn 1853 - no trace after 1871 under her maiden name, possibly married, try checking freebmd for possible matches
William bn 1859 - no trace under that name in 1881/1891 census try checking for deaths on freebmd
Martha bn 1861 servant at Grassgarth, Hugill in the 1881 census RG11/5207 f31 p13, no trace under her maiden name in 1891, possibly married by then, try checking freebmd for possible matches
Jane bn 1862 - no trace under that name in 1881/1891 census - try checking for marriagees/deaths on freebmd
Sarah bn 1865 a servant in Preston in 1891 see RG12/3442 f132 p14 - try checking for marriages on freebmd
Hugh bn 1865 a servant at Cartmell Fell in 1891 see RG12/3363 f79 p44. Try checking freebmd for a marriage after that.
Alice Maud bn 1866 a servant in Grassgarth, Hugill in 1891 see RG12/4329 f11 p15. Possibly married after that, check freebmd
Maria bn 1869 with parents in Grayrigg in 1881 see RG11/5209 f31 p7. No definite matches in 1891, possibly married by 1891, check freembd
Moses bn 1871 with parents in Grayrigg in 1881 ref as Maria above. In 1891 a servant at Newby (name pselt Moses HEYES), see RG12/3362 f79 p44
The parents William and Eleanor are shown as having grandchildren:
1881 shows Elizabeth bn 1873 in Grayrigg, so possibly the daur of Robert or Ann?
1891 shows William bn 1885 in Staveley - see RG12/4330 f27 p4, he could be the child of quite a few of William + Eleanor's offspring.
