    I'm new here (so what do I know) but I do feel the need to point out this is the Northamptonshire thread and Rugby is over the border in leafy Warwickshire.
    I know there has been plenty of tinkering with county boundaries since I was a boy (I was born in Rugby), but I'm fairly sure Rugby is still in Warwickshire. I know this sounds like sarcasm, but it isn't, not really - someone could be mislead into wasting a lot of valuable research time.
    For reference, I have a Rugby street directory for 1956 if anyone ever needs a look-up from it, or wants to confirm an address, etc.
