Hi All, Are the any databases for the Welsh Clergy, I am particularly looking for a Thomas Davies Vicar of Llangadock, Carmarthenshire

If your man was a vicar in the Church of Wales [i.e.Anglican] he was probably listed in Crockford's Clerical Directories, published every other year. If you post a time slot someone may be able to look up the right volume[s] in a large library. The personal entries usually give year of birth, degree or equivalent, and parishes where previously served. If the degree was from Oxford or Cambridge, more can be discovered in Alumni volumes, also in large libraries.
