Do you ever wonder about the history of those places where your ancestors lived?
How much do you know about the towns, cities and other locations?
Now is your chance to find out a bit more - and win a fantastic prize whilst you do it!
Cassini Historical Maps of London have generously donated an exquisite map of London 1897-1898 (second map down) that will provide hours of exploration of what it was like just over 100 years ago.
In order to take the opportunity of winning this map, you first have to enter our competition. All of the answers may be found either by using the search facility on Brit-Gen or by adroit use of your individual search engines. Books can also help!
You must PM me your answers by midnight (BST) on Thursday 24th July.
Good luck to you all!
