Default Wylie of Plashetts and Mickley

Looking for information about Arthur Wylie b 1889 Canonbie who married Mary Scott in Plashetts in 1913 and other members of the Wylie family who were also living there.
Any help would be gratefully received.
    Thanks
    Phil

Thank you Sue. Went to Hexham library and saw them in the Electoral Register until 1930 but don't know what became of them after that.

Just for information, Plashetts is now under Kielder Water, which was opened by the Queen in 1982. The scheme to flood the area was originally started in the 1960s.

One of those snippets of information that lodges itself in the brain...

Methinks that snorkel and flippers would be wise attire

If ever you are in that neck of the woods, the boat trip does point out where the villages once were and there's an excellent visitor centre.
