I live in Barmouth and work in Dolgellau - had a look on 1911 census but there isn't one Anderson, neither Jennie or Joseph. There are a couple of Jennie Williams (which I looked at in case Joseph had been left with a family member) there are no Josephs aged 1 of any surname. There are no Anne Jane Williams, couple of Annie Williams, one is 14 and recorded as daughter, also in this household is a 'grandson' aged 1 1/2 but his name is Idris.
As I said, no Anderson children whatsoever.
I have just noticed the date of your posting and I am sure you have untangled this all by now, however, have a great 2010 and if you need any look-ups let me know
