Runcorn All Saints look up please

Can anyone help here. I have a William Whitby(date and place of birth unknown) married a Mary ? b Halton around 1793 sometime around 1812/13(??) possibly in Halton(I'm told this would be Runcorn All Sts). They went on to have at least 5 children John 1813,Jane 1817, Joseph, 1819, Thomas 1821, Mary 1832 all who subsequently say they were born in Halton. William died before 1841 and does not appear in Cheshire BMD so probably before 1837 and the family are then found from 1841 in and around Weston, Weston Point and Runcorn.
Just at the moment I can't get to the Chester office. I would appreciate a look up in Runcorn PRs or MIs or anyother data which could help me establish William's place and DOB/date of death for a wedding 1812/13 and a death and Mary's surname before marriage.
