Otolaryngology is actually ears and throat.
Craniofacial is head and face.
May even come under neurology.

Hi Anna,
I have absolutely no medical knowledge at all but if you copy and paste
otolaryngology-head and neck surgery
into Google, there are nearly 50,000 hits for the UK and over a million worldwide.
It seems to cover ear, nose, throat, head and neck surgery.
Regards, Mutley
