DAVIES - Wrexham/Cefn/Ruoban?

I'm new to Wales research and am having difficulties locating my family in Wales.

I'm looking for Margaret Ann DAVIES who was born in "Wrexham" in abt 1867. I know her dad was George DAVIES from her marriage certificate in Cheshire in 1886. I know they're related to a family called ARNOLD in Cefn and sons Thomas and Richard are living with the ARNOLDS in 1881.

I've found this census for the family in 1871 -

Jane BROWN S 7 - - Cefn Mawr, Denbighshire

and I've found a marriage for Lydia WILLIAMS to George DAVIES and then Lydia DAVIES to James BROWN.

I can't find them anywhere else.

Please would some kind person look for me?

are on the right track, the Arnold's still live around Trevor and Cefn. Indeed I went to school with a couple of them, Jill and Sandra.

All I can tell you really is that you are on the right track, the Arnolds are still very much alive and kicking in the same area, it's just a little unfortunate

A variation of the name.
I have several young girls who lied about their age to get jobs as servants, said they were older that they really were.
Also that call themselves by their middle names.
And my mother was Margaret Davies but she changed it from Davies to Davis with regularity.
