Can anyone help identify a place name transcription?

After much searching of the English 1871 census for Minnie Mary Mahoney from Cork, I found an entry transcribed as ‘Minnie Maconey’ (ancestry.co.uk) in Wolstanton, Staffordshire. On close inspection of the actual image, I concluded this was indeed Minnie Mahoney - and undoubtedly the person I was seeeking - my 2x Great Grandmother.

However, the birthplace has been transcribed as “??.Clooskiltin”. Close inspection again of the original image suggests the "??" should be read as "Cork". But I cannot do better than the transcriber in reading "Clooskiltin".

Checking on MultiMap in the Cork area, I found no likely places. Google returns no possibilities for "Clooskiltin".

Where might "Clooskiltin" be? Can anyone help identify this place?
