The age on a death certificate is not normally given by the deceased. If he was not married and had no children his friends might not have known his age accurately.

Just an update. I've searched St Martins Burials ,because on Family search there was an obituary for Benjamin Carter 24/11/1824. No place given so not likely but nothing found . Still Looking.

The only church that had dates around 1815 in Edgebaston, was St Bartholomew. St Bartholomew has a lot of Harrisons and several people baptised as adults with D of Birth given. Did not find any...
