This seems to be the Count, there's no son named John mentioned, he could be a relative of John though.
Perhaps the transcription is incorrect and actually says COUNT (as per Count W. Zamoiski mentioned in the newspaper article above.
I wonder if this W Zamoiski is John's father?

It appears that after the first Frederick George Titlow died, death registered June qrt 1861, Eliza and Frederick had another son whom they named Frederick George.
