A commercial site has a list of his medals(by initials) starting with 'FD'. Either way it is probably as in my previous post. It is sometimes written 'Fuentes D'Onoro'

Yes I did see that Arthur but I found him and his widowed mother in Glasgow in 1841 whilst mine was in Cathcart at that time.
In later English census my Arthur consistently gave his age...
