Sarah Slade - Powerstock

Sarah SLADE was born in Powerstock c 1818 according to the information on the census returns from 1841 to 1901. She died in Stoke Abbott on 3rd Apr 1911. I have been unable to find the parents of Sarah Slade

Peter John NEWLYN was born in St.Heliers on Jersey in 1807. He moved to Powerstock and married Sarah Slade there on 25th Feb 1837. They had nine children all christened in Powerstock.

Does anyone have any information on the family?

Thanks Elley, I have looked at this site and also have visited Dorchester and checked through the P.R's for Powerstock. On the same visit I went to Powerstock, what a beautiful village.
