Little Families

I am seeking any info relating to Benjamin Little and his son, Stephen, who were living in or around Oldbury c 1855. Stephen was married to Ann Skidmore, a widow, and was serving in the Staffordshire Militia; they had a son, Theophilus, in 1856. Benjamin may have been married to Martha.
Any info will be greatly appreciated
