I would really appreciate an 1841 census look-up for Edward Ashborn, anvil-maker, wife Lucy and son, Thomas who would be about 15. There might possibly be a Henry too. They were living in Wolverhampton, Salop St?
Many thanks, Agness.

Lynda,
Thank you very much, it was very kind of you to do that for me, I really do appreciate it. Will have to have a long think about Thomas, where on earth is he?
Cheers Agness.

Hi again

I tried Thomas in the British Origins 1841 search.
This may be your man? (There are no other Asborns with him)

Hi Lynda,
Thanks once again for looking for Thomas. Not certain whether it is him, he could have been born out of county but he was definitely baptised in St Peter's Wolverhampton. Strangely, I have 2 records of Thomas Ashborn c. 1826, one in Jan. one in Feb. Both fathers called Edward, mothers Lucy/Lowry. Presumably they are one and the same.
I didn't know Edward Ashborn had married again until you sent me 1841 census/Salop St. Thomas married in 1848, his address Bilston St but, I really think he was part of the above family.
Cheers Agness.
