Could some kind viewer who has access to the above censuses for the Staffordshire area please look up Fredrick Webb who was born C1837 in W Reley ( according to the 1881 census info).

I would like to discover his siblings and parents if possible. Many thanks in advance for your time

I would guess this could be the correct people as W Reley is very similar to Wryley.
