Just because I say it at every update doesn’t make it less sincere. Thank you, Bev, and all your team. The family history world owes you a debt of gratitude!

If anyone wants to help with the transcriptions, please contact Bev!

Hi Lesley

I bit the bullet a few years ago and volunteered because I wanted to give something back for all the help I have received through the forum. Earlier this year I gradualted from transcribing to verifying others work (as well as continuing with transcibing for a different county). It is quite satisfying to see our efforts become available to the family history researchers.
I spend between 30 - 60 minutes most days - challenging at times but educational as well. I am enjoying the tasks and have no plans to "retire" in the foreseeable future.

David, that’s wonderful.
I haven’t joined that team, mostly because I spend so much time here!
