I posted a few months ago about my Alfred Harvey & Ann Marshall who married June 26, 1867, Parish Church of Christ Church, Nailsea, Somerset County, England. Today I received a birth certificate for their daughter Elizabeth Ann Harvey which contained the following information

Registration District: Bedminster
1868 Birth in the Sub-district of: Yatton
In the County of Somerset

When and Where Born: Sixteenth of January 1868, Nailsea
Name, if any: Elizabeth Ann
Sex: Girl
Name and Surname of Father: Alfred George Harvey
Name, Surname and maiden surname of mother: Margaret Harvey formerly Marshall
Occupation of Father: Coalminer
Signature Description residence of Informant: Margaret Harvey, Mother, Nailsea
when Registered: Seventh of February 1868

I would love to send for a birth certificate for Alfred George Harvey and there appear to be 2 that would fit. One born in Chard and the other Bedminster, I'm leaning toward Bedminster at the moment.
By 1870 the Marshall family and Alfred Harvey are living in Norristown, Pennsylvani, USA
I would like to thank all who helped put this family together in Nailsea
