i am looking for anyone who might have any connection,with the surname savage.also the surname laidlaw.savage origin ireland,laidlaws scotland.both families settled in carlisle cumberland[now cumbria].also looking for anyone who may have any knowledge of frederick george bolton[my father]born august 1910 in south africa,but spent his life in london and birmingham.his father was george bolton.sergeant in the r,a,s,c [regular army]many thanks helen
