Nathaniel Boon

Hi everyone, This is my first post on this forum. I am chasing up a Nathaniel Boon, who was transported to Australia following a stealing offence in London. The only Nathaniel Boon I can locate is on the IGI and it says he was Christened on 22 January 1797. This would only make him 12 at the time of his conviction, unless of course he was christened as part of a family group. Would sks having access to the Parish Register of St John the Baptist, Peterborough help me to either verify or eliminate the Nathaniel Boon who was Christened on the above date.
