A memorial window at Birley, HEF, to Thomas Croose PARRY who died in 1881, features the following image:

The hound appears in different forms on several other monuments at the church (to the Croose and Parry families) but I have not found it mentioned in any of the Visitations. I wondered whether anyone has come across such arms elsewhere in Herefordshire records.
