flight record

I have a copy of my late father's service record for WW2 but i would now like to find a copy of his flight record and/or movement record. I am going around in circles on the web to be honest. I would be grateful to receive any advice.

Have you looked at the first 2 sets of records here - http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/records/air-force.htm
(presuming you are talking about British records)?
