How do I find RAF records for my father. He was also stationed at Hullavington in Wiltshire.

The MOD has not released WW2 records yet. Please see this message HERE (http://www.british-genealogy.com/threads/81920-Finding-service-records-for-WW2-and-after) for information about getting the records. They've been a bit swamped because of the publicity around anniversaries.
If your father is still alive, he must apply (you can do the work, he must sign).
