Bletchley won't have any service records.

See this Research Guide (http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/records/looking-for-person/womensroyalairforce.htm)

Service records are with the Ministry of Defence and can be ordered subject to certain restrictions

In the last few years a number of books have been published about the Bletchley Park operation.

One such was Sinclair McKay's THE LOST WORLD OF BLETCHLEY PARK: AN ILLUSTRATED HISTORY OF THE WARTIME CODEBREAKING CENTRE, published last year.

This has many illustrations, and who knows, you may spot your relative in one of them.
