Can anyone suggest how I can research the staff at the Neath Military Hospital when I don't know their names?

Here (http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/hospitalrecords/search.asp) is the National Archives hospital records data base. Unfortunately I don't think it is going to be much help.

The Neath Military Hospital was first built as a poor law infirmary some of which were used as military hospitals during and after the war.

The City and County of Swansea site Here (http://www.swansea.gov.uk/index.cfm?articleid=31856) hold records but seem to be a lot later than you need, however it wouldn't hurt to send an email?

Thank you, I was aware of its history but as I feared it does not allow you general research. I have to be specific. I don't think there's anything relevant in Swansea but I know the staff so will pop down.
