Carrie Browne, daughter of John Browne

Hi all,

I hope I'm in the right place, finally.

I'm looking for info on my ancestor John Browne, who married Jane Brearley Swale in Wrexham around 1834. Their first child was born in 1836, so I'm guessing the date of the marriage.

I'm trying to figure out when they immigrated to the US, as their child Carrie (b. 1852 d.1927) lived in Iowa in 1875.

All help gratefully appreciated!

It is not a good idea to have more than one thread on the same subject, as it leads to duplication of effort and confusion for members. If you ever need a thread moving, a moderator can do this for you. I know that the UK counties can be very confusing, especially in Wales, but Wrexham was historically in Denbighshire.
