Hi its been a long time since i made any contact, but i have a Question concerning Waterloo on the off chance someone will be able to answer

I discoverd my G/G/G/G/Dad & his Son were both at the Battle of Waterloo namely William King snr & William King Jnr both served with the 23rd Light Dragoons, i know this as a fact, as i have their Attestation Papers which states serving at Waterloo,

My Question is are they the only Father & Son to have fought at Waterloo, i have my doubts, so would anyone have the answer, or any advise, where i might find the answer

If they are the only F & S, this would surely be unique Cheers redbert

The records at The National Archives may help HERE (http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/records/research-guides/british-army-soldiers-discharge-and-pension-records.htm)

Use WO as the series code, either WO97 or WO121 HERE (http://discovery.nationalarchives.gov.uk/SearchUI/s/res?_q=wo&_sd=yyyy&_ed=yyyy)

The pay per view site Findmypast also have some records, you can find out which ones without buying any credits

I always get bamboozled by TNA site so good luck!
