I'm currently indexing this Piece from a CD set, but can't find ED 13.
There is no Enumeration District header page, and no pages for Totals, or Abstract of Totals .
The previous Census year 1861 (in RG9-1011) shows ED13 as then being part of Studham.
Folio numbers are illegible on the CD images for 1871, but I can't see any obvious gaps.
If anyone has access to the LDS film or fiche for RG10-1567
I'd be glad of any info on this ED 13 (i.e. Folios numbers, Enumerator Page numbers, and the total number of persons in ED 13.

Don't ask me why, Frank (between them, the Registrar General and the PRO really do my head in at times!) but ED13 isn't on 1567.
On 1567, after all the Dunstable bits then Whipsnade, you get:
ED12 Folios 100 (first schedule on 103) to 110 - Studham, Beds
then
ED14 Folios 111 (first schedule on 114) to 121
This is described as "All that part of Parish of Studham known as the Hamlet of Humbershoe in the County of Bedford from Buckett Lane to Mr Robertson's Farm".
On the pages showing the returns, the first five, starting with the aforesaid Robertson fellow's pad, are shown as Humbershoe, the remainder as Studham - but Buckett Lane (shown as Bucket Lane) appears at the end of those Studham pages, so this appears to be just indecision about what to call the place.

After some rummaging, ED13 is the Hertfordshire part of Studham ....

and it's on 1566 not 1567!

Edit:
That's "Hertfordshire" in terms of real counties, of course - still Bedfordshire as far as registration counties are concerned.

Thanks Myth. Seems it follows the same reasoning (or lack of it) as for the Kensworth parish in 1881 in the LDS Census set.
I'm working from an indexer's access CD with only 1567 on it, but wiil be ordering the full Beds 1871 set later, and pick off all the other details then.
Meantime, I'll add your info to the 1567 page.
Thanks again.
