Can I ask where you found that website address Terry? I just tried it & ended up with a page of 'find yourself a
woman' (which I have no need of) & was then directed to this page as 2nd choice.
Tried it then without the #UV5 etc & found this:
Australian Surname Group - Australian Surname Genealogy - Yuku

Australian Surname Genealogy Genealogy lookups all states of australia Birth death & marriages indexes australia Immigration indexes australia Free ...

I pasted both links into my address bar and was taken immediately to the Yuku geneology site.

Terry told me about this site some weeks ago and as he says they are extremely helpful.
If you look around the forum especially on 'links' it's amazing what you find.
The NSW Registry of BMD's is also very helpful too.

I can highly recommend them.

Wendy, could it be that you gat a choice because you are in Australia. But we being in other countrys only get the one choice that is 'Australian Surname Group' (ASG)?

I have edited the clicky links at the request of the poster as he was not sure if they are allowed.

Will check with the new Admin.

Update Wendy, try this. They have no problems with hotlinks. Not sure about here though. If I'm not allowed I'm sure a mod will be along to kick my butt :)

Woohoo Glad it works. We're firing on all cylinders this morning. By dinnertime my plugs will need changing , the belt will have snapped and I'll need an oil change :)

Lovely Terry, I hope you'll enjoy that, can't you just give the plugs a brushing with some steelwool? sound way easier that the time it took me to reply to a post on sneezes etc.
What's it there about 10.10 am?

I think orange juice would do better. Spent to long at the law society last night :cheers2:. I could still hear the judges gavel hammering away when I got up this morning.

According to my computer clock it is now 10.12 am.

Taa Terry, my batteries are doing well. Not gonna ask about the 'Law society' suspect it was not gavels in your head, late birthday carryon mayhap?
Orange juice, for cleaning plugs? maybe cokacola. Ya know what I mean?
