Hi,
I'm looking for any information available on an Ann Deam born in the Little Longstone/Monsall Dale area about 1828. In 1856 she married a Robert Foster in Tideswell. Her father was named Peter Deam and he was an engineer. Other than these marriage details I know nothing of her life prior to 1856. Her surname is rather unusual and you might expect she (and her father) would be easy to find in the 1851 and 1841 censuses. Anybody able to help me out?
