searching for info on the following
THOMAS EVAN MORGAN b. 1840's..(gt. gt. grandfather)
served in the 21st reg. of foot (later the sth wales borderers) in brecon
MARY JANE MORGAN b. 1860's (daughter of above)(gt. grandmother) in brecon barracks.
married THOMAS BERRY in the 1880's and eventually moved to the english midlands.
i've trawled sites on line inc. ancestry etc....some leads but nothing too promising.
does anyone have any tips on where to look in brecon itself.
brecon barracks itself no longer holds records!
many thanks,

ADJUSTMENT TO NAME!.....my gt. grandmother was SARAH JANE not mary-jane...born in breconshire arround 1863......i've traced her quite a bit, but still researching date of marriage to THOMAS BERRY who was a lodger at 9 LION'S YARD, BRECKNOCK, ST JOHN EVANGELIST, BRECON.
she met him whilst working as a domestic servant at, 53 HIGH STREET. BRECKNOCK, ST JOHN EVANGELIST, BRECON.
