Problem searching

Is anyone having problems with familysearch today?

I've just gone on to the site and it will only let me enter the name of the person I'm looking for.
If I click on birth/marriage etc. nothing 'opens' up where you can usually put birth year/place.

When I click on 'search' a message comes up asking if I want to 'open or save record' - when clicking on 'open', I'm then given options of where to open the record - Adobe/IE/Microsoft etc.

What's going on?
