Where would i post a message reguarding someone in Elgin ? My first thought is Moray but there isnt a forum. So Aberdeenshire or Banffshire or both ?
All my certificates say Elgin, Elgin !

That site is my old friend and have mailed them many times asking them allsorts. They are extreemly helpful and always get back to you. To Graeme there i am The Colonial ( although im sure many of us English have that nickname or worse !) :D
