I am seeking contact with any descendants of the following families in London between 1861 & 1901 +.
William Fairey (born Hunts 1848) married Martha Ellen Trewin (born London 1847)in 1869. It seems they may have lost a few children infancy as it is not until the 1881 census that they have William John born 1877 and Martha Ellen born mid 1879. Charles Henry Fairey born 1881 died aged 10 in 1892. Mary Ann was bron 1884 and Ellen Louise in 1888. Ellen died in the Sept Qtr of 1889.
William died sometime thereafter as by 1891 Martha Ellen (Snr) is a widow. William John married Harriett Picknell and he was killed in WW1.
Betsy Fairy (born Hunts 1831) married Tingey Burgess (born Little Downham Cambs in 1831) in 1859 in Pimlico. They left London and went to Canada where they had 2 daughters Charlotte Emily and Elizabeth Mary in 1863 and 1865 respectively. Betsy & Tingey returned to London and travelled back to Conington Hunts to christen their son Francis Edward in 1867.
Charlotte Emily married Frederick Edward Tanser in London. Elizabeth Mary married Henry John Williams and went to live in Watford Herts with at least 4 children- John Francis RJ, Arthur Richard, Violet Lizzie Swinton, and Henry Burgess WILLIAMS.
George Fairy (born 1834 Hunts) married Emily Vinall in London. They had 4 children;
Amelia 1864, George William 1866, Agnes 1869 & Gertrude Mary 1871.
Gertrude Mary married twice - to Charles Bainton and Joseph Banks Jarrett.
I have a lot more information but would be very interested in contacting anyone with any relationship to thin Pimlico. They left London and went to Canada where they had 2 daughters Charlotte Emily and Elizabeth Mary in 1863 and 1865 respectively. Betsy & Tingey returned to London and travelled back to Conington Hunts to christen their son Francis Edward in 1867.
