The 1841 census records Joseph PALFREMAN, age 70, a Plasterer.

The GRO has a death entry for:
Joseph PARFREMENT, age 77, Plasterer, died of Chronic Bronchitis at the Bloomsbury Union Workhouse, Vinegar Yard on the 29 Nov 1847. The Informant was Wm RODGER, Master, Union Workhouse.
Hence why you couldn't find the death for Joseph under PALFREMAN!
