Got a death certificate for Martha Hill today. Unfortunately, it is for the wrong Martha Hill.

Now you know how I feel - more wrong cert.s than right ones for my common names - Ball from Cornwall on mum's side and Jones from Wales on my wife's side. :shocked:
Oh well, my pension has increased as of jan 2012 by $8.00 a month so in 3 months, I can buy another 2 certificates on a fruitless chase. :wink5:

Been looking for a chap called Samuel CLARKE, for a long time, there are THOUSANDS with that name.....nightmare....arrrggghhh. Regards Del.

Its Ok I have a James Smith in 1841 in Oxford who said he was not born in county. He died in 1849 Aaaarrrrghhhhh!!!! Lol. Shows how vital the 1851 census is.
